REUBEN CHICKEN 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 8)
1 jar sauerkraut, drained
12 slices of Swiss cheese
1 bottle Thousand Island dressing

Layer chicken breasts in casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put sauerkraut on top, then Swiss cheese. Top with Thousand Island dressing. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. (I put halved red potatoes around the edges of the chicken and bake a tad longer, to make a complete meal.) Serve to your German friends, they'll love it!
