BUTTERMILK DRESSING 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed

Put all ingredients in tightly covered container. Shake; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Shake before serving. Makes 1 1/4 cups dressing. 65 calories per tablespoon.
