BUTTERMILK PAIL DRESSING 
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced celery
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 c. buttermilk
1-2 anchovies, minced fine
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
6 bacon strips, fried crisp & crumbled
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Accent
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Yield: 4 cups.
