CASHEW SLAW 
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
3 c. shredded cabbage
11 oz. can mandarin orange sections, drained
2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 c. coarsely chopped cashews or peanuts

In a bowl, stir together sour cream and frozen orange juice concentrate. Add cabbage and nuts. Stir until well combined. Add orange sections. Toss lightly until blended. Makes 6 servings.
