APRICOT NUMBLES 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 jar apricot filling or jam
1/4 c. coconut (optional)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. rolled oats

Mix butter and sugar. Sift flour, salt and soda and add to butter mixture. Add oats and mix to crumbly dough consistency. Press half of dough into 9 x 12 pan and spread with the jam. Put rest of dough on top (with coconut). Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
