APRICOT PASTRIES 
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 c. apricot jam
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Unroll crescent rolls; pat into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Spread with jam. Bake for 15 minutes, REMOVE FROM OVEN. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour evenly over rolls; return to oven. Bake 5 to 6 minutes more.

Serve warm. Makes 12 rolls-servings.
