MARY'S MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 can cream corn
1 cup Bisquick
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 4 oz can green chilis
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
8 ounces shredded pepperjack cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl Pour mixture into greased 8x8 pan (you can use a cupcake pan for easier sharing).

Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Enjoy!
