VEAL CUTLETS ITALIANO 
Veal cutlets or cubed steak
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
Sliced green pepper & onion
Mozzarella cheese
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning

Dredge cutlets in flour and brown in skillet with oil. Place in large pyrex dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; add tomatoes, tomato sauce, peppers and onion. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Then place a piece of mozzarella cheese on each cutlet and allow to melt, about 5 minutes.
