VEAL CUTLETS 
4 to 5 veal cutlets
butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. sweet green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. white wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Flour

Flour and brown cutlets in butter. Add onion and green pepper. Simmer until onions turn clear. Add wine and soup. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
