VEGETABLE ROAST RAW 
2 c. grated carrot
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. ground raw cashews
1/2 c. shredded cabbage
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together well. Press into loaf pan and let stand for several hours. This mixture may also be formed into little balls and rolled through slightly toasted sesame seeds and served as garnish. Yield: 5 cups.
