CHICKEN ENCHILADAS | |
1 pkg. corn tortillas 1 pt. sour cream 5-6 green onions, chopped 2 (5 oz.) cans white chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Green chile taco sauce Mix all ingredients except cheese together. Put 1 tablespoon mixture on tortilla. Add large dab of cheese. Roll up and put in 13x9 baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas, saving enough mixture and cheese to top filled tortillas in dish. Bake 350 degrees until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly. |
