CHOCOLATE BREAD 
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
9 oz. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. toasted coconut

Combine milk and vinegar. Set aside. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and sugar, beating until creamy. Beat in egg, then cocoa and vanilla. Mix well. Alternately blend in milk and flour mixtures. Stir in coconut. Pour in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
