ONE PAN STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. chopped onion 1 clove minced garlic 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. uncooked noodles 1 c. sour cream In a large frying pan cook beef, onion, and garlic until meat is brown. Drain off any fat. Drain mushrooms reserving liquid. Add this liquid, beef broth, and lemon juice to skillet. Now stir in uncooked noodles, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms. Lower temperature and cook, stirring until just heated through. |
