SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH ONIONS
(EA)
 
4 med. sized potatoes
2 c. scalded milk
1 onion
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper

Place a layer of sliced raw potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned flour. Add a layer of sliced onions. Continue layering until all potatoes are used. Add butter to the milk and pour over potatoes. Bake covered at 300 degrees to 325 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until top is slightly browned.
