PASTIES 
FILLING:

8 oz. hamburger
16 oz. potatoes
1 onion

Grind raw.

Salt and pepper to taste.

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
Salt

Mix. Roll dough into 4 inch circles. Top with 1 tablespoon filling. Fold crust over and seal. (Usually need 2 batches of crust.) Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes to serve fresh. 30 minutes, cool and freeze then bake 30 minutes again. Makes about 2 dozen.
