PICANTE CHICKEN 
1 whole cut - up chicken
1 jar Griffin's Old Santa Fe Picante Sauce
3 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Griffin's Mustard
3 c. rice (cooked)

Piece chicken in a greased baking dish.

In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients up, then spread over chicken.

Baked uncovered at 400°F for about an hour. Serve it over the rice.
