PICANTE/BEER CHICKEN 
1 chicken cut up
1 jar picante sauce (12 oz)
1 can of beer (your choice)

Put chicken, beer and picante sauce in a large plastic bag to marinate. For grilling, marinate over night and for baking in oven marinate at least 2 hours.

Baking:

Preheat oven to 350°F, pour chicken/beer/picante mixture into a baking dish and bake for an hour. Serve with rice.

Grilling:

Place chicken from beer/picante mixture on the grill and grill for approximately 45 minutes, turning the chicken approximately every 10 minutes.

Serve with potato salad.
