TUNA QUICHE 
1 frozen pie crust, deep one
1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chives, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour

Mix everything together. Pour into pie crust. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
