1 c. sour dough starter (see next recipe)
1 1/2 c. warm water
6 c. bread flour

In morning - punch down, knead a few times. Divide dough in half. Knead each and shape into loaf. Place each in a greased bread pan and cover with cloth. let rise 4-5 hours (or all day, dough rises slowly). When dough has risen, uncover, and bake on bottom oven rack at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Bread will be golden on top when done. Remove from pans and cool on rack. Bread freezes well.
