VINEGAR PIE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla; optional
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake until firm, for 40- 50 minutes. Cool on rack. Serve garnished with whipped cream or Cool Whip with chopped nuts on top.
