VINEGAR PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. butter
9 inch pie shell

Combine sugar, eggs, vinegar, flour and water in double boiler and cook until thick and smooth, stirring occasionally. Just before removing from heat, stir in butter and lemon extract. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and center is set.
