VINEGAR PIE #1 
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 (8 inch) unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vinegar and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until inserted knife come out clean.
