CHEESE CAKE 
18 Zweiback
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, separated
1 c. light cream

Blend Zweiback, butter and sugar. Press into bottom of 9 inch spring pan.

In mixmaster, blend cream cheese, sugar, flour and salt. Add vanilla. Stir in egg yolks. Add light cream. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour over Zweiback mixture.

Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees. Cool in oven with door open. Serves 8 to 10.
