(OVERNIGHT) BREAKFAST PIE 
8 slices bacon, fried crisp
1/2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
1 tbsp. bacon grease
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. frozen hash browns
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. milk
2 green onions, chopped
Salt, pepper

The night before a company breakfast: Beat eggs. Add hash browns, cheese, cottage cheese, milk and green onion. Pour into lightly greased (or sprayed) 9 inch pie pan.

Toss corn flake crumbs into 1 tablespoon of remaining bacon grease. Chop bacon and mix with crumbs. Sprinkle on top of pie. Cover and refrigerate.

In the morning, bake 1 hour in a 325 degree preheated oven. Serves 6.
