GOOD AND SPICY MEATBALLS 
1 egg
1 c. all-grain cereal
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk (in dry form)
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. pickle relish
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper

In large mixing bowl, beat egg slightly. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Add ground beef. Mix until combined. Portion meat mixture using level measuring tablespoon. Shape into meatballs. Place in single layer in greased or foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees about 12 minutes or until well browned.

For sauce, measure remaining ingredients into large saucepan. Stir to combine. Cover. Cook over low heat about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add meatballs to sauce. Cook over low heat about 10 minutes longer. Serve over rice, if desired. Serves 6.
