BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise (do not substitute)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. prepared minute rice
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli, cooked
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)

Combine mayonnaise, soup, and prepared minute rice and pour over cooked broccoli in a 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (until cheese melts).
