CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
12 oz. cheese slices
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. cooked rice
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Grease large rectangular 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Place broccoli on bottom of dish. Take chicken and spread on top of broccoli. Spread cooked rice on top of chicken (take mayonnaise and 2 cans of chicken soup and lemon juice and mix together, spread on top of rice). Arrange cheese slices on top of casserole. If you desire sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If this has been refrigerated before, bake for 1 hour.
