CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
4 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Broccoli (fresh or 2 pkgs. frozen - any cut)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix soups, lemon juice, curry, and mayonnaise. Then layer rice, broccoli, chicken, and sauce 2 times. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
