IRISH RAISIN SCONE 
3 c. Gold Medal flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients. Add buttermilk. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 70 minutes.
