SCONE (IRISH RAISIN BREAD) 
4 c. flour, sifted
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 box seedless raisins
1 egg, beat in
Black iron frying pan

Grease frying pan and sprinkle flour on pan. Place all dry ingredients together. Mix raisins in dry ingredients. Beat egg and add with buttermilk to mixture. Mix until blended. Cook in slow oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
