1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can yellow hominy, drained
1 can white hominy, drained

Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Mix in Cheez Whiz, soup and hominy. Pour in casserole dish and bake 10 minutes.
