HOMINY-CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained and divided
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can golden hominy, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine chili and half of olives; spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with onion and hominy and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining olives; bake an additional 5 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
