1 can hominy
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilis
1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. Fritos

Do not drain hominy or tomatoes and chilis. Heat hominy and tomatoes. Add cheese and let melt. Add Fritos. Mix well. Place in greased baking dish. Bake in 350 degree F. oven until bubbly. Can be served hot or cold.
