3 cans yellow hominy, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar mild Mexican cheese spread (may use hot if desired)

Mix all together. Heat on top of stove in saucepan or place in microwave dish and heat in microwave 10 to 15 minutes. Top with crushed Fritos. Approximately 2 cups.
