JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cornmeal
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. oil
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix dry ingredients; add eggs, sour cream, oil and corn. Put 1/2 in greased pan; sprinkle cheese, peppers and onions on top. Add remaining cornmeal mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
