APPLE ORCHARD PUNCH 
32 oz. apple juice, chilled
12 oz. can frozen cranberry cocktail concentrate
1 1/2 qt. ginger ale or champagne, chilled
1 red apple, do not core
1 c. orange juice

In large punch bowl combine apple juice, cranberry cocktail concentrate and orange juice. Stir to dissolve. Slowly add ginger ale or champagne. Vertically thinly slice apple to forming whole apple slices. Float apple slices on top of punch.
