About 4 c. water
About 1/2 box brown sugar
4-5 cinnamon sticks
6 cloves (whole)
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
1/2 c. raisins, if desired
1 French bread or pan torsido well toasted (crumble in bowl)
Jack cheese, grated, plenty, at least 3 c.

Boil and simmer ingredients from water to raisins for about 1-1 1/2 hours.
