JIM'S BEEF STEW 
3 lb. stew beef
2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen stew vegetables
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Flour
1 tsp. paprika

Dredge cubed meat in flour. Brown in shortening in Dutch oven. Stir frequently. Add paprika. When meat is well browned, add all other ingredients except frozen vegetables. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables. Cook at least one more hour. Thicken gravy if necessary with small amount cornstarch.
