EASY, EASY BEEF STEW 
3-4 lbs. beef stew meat, cut in half and trimmed
2-3 pkgs. frozen vegetables for stew
1 can each of cream of celery, cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, onion soup
Optional: tomato sauce, extra vegetables to suite your taste

1. In a roaster pan or Dutch oven, put the stew pieces on the bottom.

2. Put frozen vegetables on top of the meat.

3. Stir together the soups and pour over the meat and vegetables.

4. Bake (or cook) in oven for 4-5 hours at 325 degrees. Check and stir occasionally during this time. It will be very Juicy and the meat will be tender.

There is NO NEED to add salt because of the soups which are used.
