SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 (#2) can drained bean sprouts, washed in cold water
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped fine

Wash spinach; remove stems and break into bite sized pieces. Cover with layer of bean sprouts, chopped egg, then crumbled bacon. Serve with the following dressing, mixed in blender and added just before serving: 3/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. ketchup 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. vinegar 1 sm. onion Salt to taste
