1/2 c. butter
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Oven temperature - 425 degrees. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan in the oven. Blend all other ingredients in a blender or with a mixer until flour has no lumps. Pour into pan of melted butter and bake 20 minutes and see the fun! Serve with warm syrup and/or powdered sugar.
