MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. mixed vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
Cheese
Bread
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook veggies. Mix soup with veggies. Spread in flat pan. Cover mixture with cheese (Velveeta or American) slices. Sprinkle bite-sized pieces of bread on top. Melt butter and pour over bread. Bake uncovered 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Bread will be brown and crunchy.

This casserole is a tradition at our family holiday gatherings. We started serving it when our children were little, because everyone, including children who don't like vegetables, loves it!
