MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked as directed

Mix in: 1 c. cheese, grated 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 can sliced water chestnuts

Pour into casserole dish and top with crumbled Ritz crackers and several pats of butter. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly.
