BEETS IN ORANGE SAUCE 
1 lb. can sliced or sm. whole beets
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tbsp. butter

Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt; stir in orange juice and rind. Pour over drained beets in 1 quart casserole. Dot with butter; bake, covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 4 servings.
