ORANGE HARVARD BEETS 
1 can beets
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. beet juice (or more)
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

Combine sugar and cornstarch, blend in beet juice and vinegar. Cook over low heat, stir constantly until thickened. Add more juice if needed. Add beets and orange marmalade
