CAULIFLOWER - SAUTEED 
1 med. cauliflower

Wash, discard stems, cut top into small flowerettes. Steam until crisp tender (about 10 minutes). 1 tsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 garlic clove, minced Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in large skillet, add garlic, thyme, parsley and vinegar. Add drained cauliflower, simmer stirring until cauliflower is hot and coated with oil and herbs.
