CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream (blend well)
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice extract
6 heaping tbsp. flour

First cream Ricotta, cream cheese and sour cream. Then add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add sugar and flavoring. Add flour last. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Shut off oven and let stand in oven overnight. Turn off after 1 hour. DO NOT BAKE LONGER.
