SPINACH PIE 
Approx. 3 bags spinach (fresh preferred, drained)
1/2 to 3/4 lb. feta cheese
Butter
Olive oil
Onion (sliced or chopped)
Pie crust (top and bottom)
1/4 to 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Make pie crust, place on pie plate. Steam spinach and drain thoroughly. Layer of spinach, crumbled feta cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle onion, dot with butter and olive oil and repeat this process finishing with spinach on top. Cover with crust and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
