HAMBURGER-RICE CASSEROLE 
Brown and drain:

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Add:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Pour into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. No salt or pepper.
