WILD RICE/HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 c. wild rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak rice overnight. Cook and drain well. In a round baking dish, add browned and drained hamburger, the cooked rice, and the above ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Add water, if necessary, and stir occasionally.
